Process Controller

The process controller 2000mc net is a well-established process controller. With its features such as communication via network card (TC/IP), serial port USB and teleservice interface (either analogue or ISDN), as well as implementation of Plug-and-Play Components, both the hardware and the software offers modern, state-of-the-art technology.

The 2000mc net is a well-established process controller. With its features such as communication via network card (TC/IP), serial port USB and teleservice interface (either analogue or ISDN), as well as implementation of Plug-and-Play Components, both the hardware and the software offers modern, state-of-the-art technology.

Combined with a welding press and digital power supply, it forms an ideal system for demanding welding tasks.

The software package of the controller offers the striking features of

  • Simultaneous operation control with up to four welding systems.
  • Data capture of every welding process and displaying it in a graphic form.
  • Application flexibility by exporting, externally editing and transferring of the welding parameters.

The modern equipment integrated into controller 2000mc net offers with its

  • Digital technology
  • Graphic user interface and process display
  • Optional Data Management with statistics package
  • Selective deactivation of individual channels

a wide range of special features and advantages to the user.

Diverse process control options can be accessed:

  • Amplitude and Force Profiling to control the joining process
  • Energy Mode - Welding with preset energy level and adjustable threshold monitoring.
  • Time Mode - Welding with preset time and adjustable threshold monitoring.
  • Peak Power Mode - Welding with preset power level and adjustable threshold monitoring.
  • Metal Contact Mode - Welding until metal contact is achieved and adjustable hold time.
  • Collapse Distance Mode - The welding distance is only registered after a reference value - the preset trigger force - has been reached.
  • Absolute Distance Mode - The complete down travel of the fixing tool actuator is measured.
  • Optional Ramps - They optimize the force increase within the welding process
